30 YEARS OF THE MULSANNE

The Bentley Drivers Club will return to Silverstone for its 61st Annual Race Meeting on August 7 this year, to continue its unbroken run of annual BDC events at the circuit – and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Bentley Mulsanne.

‘We hope to illustrate the full 30-year heritage of the Mulsanne at Silverstone,’ said Sebastian Welch, competitions captain of the BDC, ‘from the earliest models produced in 1980 through to the brand new 2010 Mulsanne being built at Crewe.’

In addition to strong support from Mulsanne owners and racers, the August meeting will feature a wide variety of Bentleys racing flat-out on the Silverstone circuit. And for those who fancy even more variety, the meeting will also include a round of the Thoroughbred Sports Car Championship and the Morgan Challenge Race Series.
