What better place to combine classic cars and some of the best live music around than the Silverstone Classic. Taking place over 22-24 July, this event has established itself as the world’s biggest classic motor racing festival as well as an excellent live music show featuring, this year, legends like Suzi Quatro and 10cc.

Step back in time, on the Friday night, to the Sixties, Seventies and Eighties and rock the night away to tribute bands to three of the greatest musical acts ever: the Rolling Stones, Bob Marley and Queen. The musical delights continue on the Saturday night with live performance from Suzi Quatro, 10cc and Wishbone Ash. The live entertainment winds down on the Sunday with the more relaxing tones of the 40-piece Amadeus Orchestra playing many crowd pleasing classical favourites. Along with promising young tenor Adriano Graziani and energetic electric string quartet Tetra Electra, the Amadeus Orchestra will be performing as part of the innovative ‘Picnic in the Paddock’ attraction for a relaxed afternoon.

The Silverstone Classic features over 1000 drivers racing more than 800 of the world’s finest competition cars spanning the full spectrum of motor sport history. Off the track expect to see over 6000 classic cars and bikes on display, steam engines and a period fun fair. This year's event will also celebrate the 50th birthday of the iconic Jaguar E-Type with two special races plus a huge dedicated in-field display area. New for this year is the ‘village green’ entertainment area, which will recreate many traditional British rural pursuits with steam engines, Punch & Judy shows plus other magical memories from yesteryear.
