LA VIE EN BLEU AT PRESCOTT HILL CLIMB
Thursday, 05 May 2011 10:55

CCMMayBleuLa Vie En Bleu (which roughly translates to ‘Life in Blue’ – blue being France’s national racing colour) is a two-day event, held from Saturday, May 28, to Sunday, May 29, which is fast-becoming a firm-favourite with enthusiasts.

The event, which takes place at Prescott Hill Climb, near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, plays host to some of the very best French classic cars

Although visitors can enjoy some classic english marques on the Saturday – with owners clubs for Ginetta, lotus and TVR all invited to this event – Sunday is all about French ‘voitures’ though, with Alpine Renaults, Citroëns and Peugeots all tackling the climb.

There’s also a Parisenne Twenties Renault Bus to make getting around this family-friendly venue even easier.

Advance tickets are £15 for a one day pass and £25 for the whole weekend. Prices on the gate are £18 and £30 respectively. Under 14s enter for free. Camping is also available at a cost of £5 per person per night, which is payable on the day.

You can find out more about this year’s event at by visiting www.prescott-hilclimb.com or you can call general manager Ian Patton on 01242 673136.
