DON’T FORGET BEAULIEU
Thursday, 01 September 2011 00:00

OctNewsBeaulieuAs this issue of CCM goes on sale, it’ll be almost time for this year’s International Autojumble – Beaulieu’s most famous motoring event and now in its 45th year. The 2011 extravaganza takes place over the weekend of September 10-11.

Claimed to be the biggest outdoor sale of motoring items this side of the Atlantic, the International Autojumble will see more than 2000 stands in the grounds of the National Motor Museum.

And with advance ticket sales well up on last year, it looks like the 2011 event could be breaking all previous records.

The Automart area will have up to 200 classic vehicles for sale, with more on offer via the trade in the DealerMart section. Meanwhile, the Saturday will see Bonhams hosting an auction of collectors’ cars and automobilia – one of the star lots being a 1904 Cadillac Model B, a previous concours winner in the US and estimated at £60,000 to £80,000.

The Autojumble is open from 10am on the Saturday and 9.30am on the Sunday, with ticket prices starting at £12.30 for adults. To book yours, call 01590 612888 or go to
www.beaulieushop.co.uk.
