The Earl of March has announced provisional dates for the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival – and with both events being oversubscribed each year, now’s the time to make an early note of what’s happening when.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed is scheduled to take place over the weekend of July 1-3, with Goodwood’s second Moving Motor Show planned for the day before (Thursday, June 30). The Goodwood Revival, meanwhile, is provisionally set for the weekend of September 16-18, giving spectators and exhibitors an unrivalled opportunity to step back in time and enjoy the halcyon days of motor racing as it used to be – even down to the period fashions and vintage entertainment.
