The gas rams have been individually tailored to the weight of each boot lid, so that they assist with opening and holding the boot firmly open (but without undue force). Each kit comes complete with the mounting hardware needed and apparently fits easily in minutes. The current range covers all Spitfire models, Herald and Vitesse, and under development at the moment is a ram for the TR6. The price of £37.43 is for non-members (TSSC members enjoy a 20 per cent discount). There’s also an additional £3.75 fee to cover postage and packaging. CONTACT |
